Plentiful parking is available in Center City Charlotte, but we encourage you to plan ahead to make your visit to the Center as convenient as possible. A special preferred parking rate of only $5 is available for our patrons in many nearby garages.

PARKING LOCATIONS

We encourage you to park in the following parking garages for all events scheduled at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center (Belk Theater, Booth Playhouse and Stage Door Theater) and Spirit Square (McGlohon Theatre and Duke Energy Theater). These garages are located in the North Tryon Street Area.

  • 201 North Tryon (IJL) Garage (located between Church and Tryon Streets with an entrance on 6th Street)

  • Hearst Tower Garage (located between Tryon and College Streets with entrances on 5th and 6th Streets)

  • International Trade Center Garage (located between College and Brevard Streets with entrances on 5th and 6th Streets)

  • 7th Street Station (located on 7th Street between College and Brevard Streets)

  • Bank of America Corporate Center Garage (located between College and Brevard Streets - entrances on 5th and Trade Streets)

A Preferred Parking rate of $5 is available. For maximum convenience purchase your parking pass with your tickets. Otherwise, please purchase your parking at the theater before you return to the garage if you park in one of the designated garages. The preferred $5 rate is not guaranteed unless you purchase your parking exit pass with your tickets or at the theater.


We encourage you to park in the following parking garage for all events scheduled at the Knight Theater. These garages are located in the South Tryon Street Area.

  • Wells Fargo Cultural Campus (located at 550 S Tryon Street with an entrance on West Stonewall Street)

  • The Green Parking Garage (located at 425 South Tryon Street with entrances on Tryon Street and College Street)

The parking rate is $5. If you purchased parking with your show tickets, please be sure to have the parking ticket provided available to present to the garage attendant as you enter the garage.

  • Will Call for Belk Theater events is located in the Belk Theater lobby starting two hours before curtain.

  • Will Call for Booth Playhouse is at the Founders Hall Box Office.

  • Will Call for Knight Theater is located in the Knight Theater lobby beginning two hours before curtain.

  • Will Call for McGlohon Theatre is located at Spirit Square beginning two hours before curtain.

  • Will Call for Stage Door Theater is located at the Stage Door Theater beginning two hours before curtain.
